A very interesting assortment of picks…I’m hoping The Ides of March makes Best Picture somehow.

No one has Gary Oldman or Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy or Harry Potter featuring majorly on their nominations. Wouldn’t it be awesome for the competition if all three of them feature massively during the nominations, come Tue Jan 24? I am definitely expecting Gary Oldman to be nominated for Best Leading Actor.

Um, did you read my predictions? I am wagering on some Potter love. Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy I just feel may be glossed over entirely. There are other, louder films making an impact. While a critical darling, this film is just too soft to make a ripple, much less a splash.
