After starring together in Angels in the Outfield in 1994, Tony Danza is in talks to reunite with Joseph Gordon-Levitt for Gordon-Levitt’s directorial debut Don Juan. Danza, who last appeared on screen in Crash in 2005, would play the Gordon-Levitt character’s father, who pays more attention to sports than his wayward son.

Dazna would join actors Julianne Moore, as a widowed woman he meets in night school, and Scarlett Johanssen, as Gordon-Levitt’s girlfriend, in the film.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt has had a very long career being in front of the camera starring in television and movies. Over the past few years, he’s taken to being more involved in production with hitREC and he’s assembled a pretty intriguing cast for his directorial debut.

Don Juan is described as being about a “porn adicted, modern day Don Juan in New Jersey who sets out to become a less selfish person.”
