    5. Way better than what I thought they would be. Love only one nomination for Twilight, which is too much.

    6. It could be Bridesmaids or The Hunger Games that could take home 8 popcorn awards. It could go to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 or 21 Jump Street that could take home 6 popcorn awards. But these are the nominees I’m voting for this year.
Movie of the Year- “The Hunger Games”

Best Male Performance- Josh Hutcherson, “The Hunger Games”

Best Female Performance- Jennifer Lawrence, “The Hunger Games”

Best Comedic Performance- Melissa McCarthy, “Bridesmaids”

Breakthrough Performance- this is a non voting category but I’m hoping Melissa McCarthy, “Bridesmaids” or Rooney Mara, “The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo” gets it

      Best Cast- “The Hunger Games”

Best On-Screen Transformation- Elizabeth Banks, “The Hunger Games”

Best Fight- Daniel Radcliffe vs. Ralph Fiennes, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2″

Best Kiss- Rupert Grint and Emma Watson, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2″

Best Gut-Wrenching Performance- “Bridesmaids” (Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, Rose Byrne, Melissa McCarthy, Wendi McClendon-Covey and Ellie Kemper)

Best On-Screen Dirt Bag- Bryce Dallas Howard, “The Help”

Best Music- “A Real Hero,” College with Electric Youth (“Drive”)

I have to admit there are more Oscar and Golden Globe nominees than in than I can remember ever in the MTV Movie Awards ever so this is something to take time to congratulate each of the nominees for there outstanding work.
