What do you think is going on with Lincoln’s marketing team? So far, we only have one un-official still, no poster, no release date, no news at all. Are they even in post yet?

I’m sure many assume Joaquin Phoenix will be rewarded in the supporting category. But is it possible for the Weinstein to campaign Phoenix as a leading role? They might want to reward him instead of Seymour-Hoffman, who already has an Oscar. It worked for Kate Winslet, can it work this year?
Thoughts?
