The toy to movie trend is something that has been going on for years, but the 8-bit cartoon to movie trend is something new entirely. Disney has released the first trailer for their latest animated movie Wreck-It Ralph which centers on the title character, Wreck-It Ralph, a video game bad guy who longs to be as beloved as the good guy. But when his quest to win a medal soon unleashes a deadly enemy, he teams up with a “glitch” who helps him try and save the arcade. Starring the voice talents of John C. Reily, Jane Lynch, Jack McBrayer, and Sarah Silverman, the film arrives in theaters on November 2.
