A few Power Hours back, Clayton made his big play for To the Wonder sweeping Picture and Director seeing as the other nominees had some huge hurdles in front of them (Spielberg not likely trumping Schindler’s List and winning a 3rd; Hooper, Bigelow, and Lee being relatively recent winners; Haneke directing a foreign language picture; and PTA possibly going over the academy members’ heads with The Master). That being said, if To the Wonder ISN’T the power player that Clayton predicted, but that traffic jam of other contenders still exists, what film has the best shot of taking that place as the unexpected, come-from-behind winner? Maybe Argo?

2) Earlier in the Year, Leonardo DiCaprio was the Supp. Actor front-runner for Django Unchained. Is he still the front-runner and can he still win? He’s one of the most overdue actors out there.
