This was a big week on Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars. If you missed Monday night here’s a little recap. The stars went into Monday night knowing there would be a double elimination in their future. Their goal was to take an iconic dance from previous seasons and improve it, so many of the stars did a lot of neat tricks to up their game. But sometimes dancing well isn’t enough to be saved from the double elimination. This Tuesday two stars went home. Monday I predicted it would be Drew Lachey and Emmitt Smith. Was I right?
Tuesday night the two stars eliminated from this all-star season are…

Drew Lachey & Helio Castroneves
Drew Lachey’s elimination I saw coming a mile away. He was all talk and no game and just boring. I’m only happy that Castroneves is gone because I don’t have to spell his name anymore, but Monday night, despite a mistake, he danced well and didn’t deserve to leave. But if you don’t vote this is what happens.
Next week the stars will be dancing routines that their opponents have chosen for them. Tonight the stars chose the routines and below the routines are listed.
Gilles & Peta: Bollywood
Sabrina & Louis: Disco
Emmitt & Cheryl: Bolero
Apolo & Karina: Hip-Hop
Melissa & Tony: Jitterbug
Kelly & Val: Contemporary
Kirstie & Maks: Charleston
Bristol & Mark: Rock & Roll
Should make for quite the interesting night, especially with Paula Abdul judging next week.
What do you think of this week’s elimination?
Tune in Monday night at 8pm ET on ABC for Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars!

Any week that leaves Bristol Palin in the lineup is just plain wrong. She simply cannot dance and has no business staying in the lineup.

I disagree.. She may not be the best dancer but she’s doing a good job to me. Her dance this week is the reason why she’s still in. She always dances her best at the right time. She’s not going to win, but sometimes you need a star like her in the mix to shake things up a bit.

BRISTOL AND KIRSTIE NEED TO GO. Although I’m not shocked to see Drew go. Helio shouldn’t of left but he wasn’t gonna get a second mirrorball trophy.

I agree that Bristol shouldn’t continue surviving on the show, but whent the time is right she performs. But I disagree that Kirstie needs to go. She may not be the best dancer but she’s entertaining and she brings a lot of fun and joy to the show and I think that’s important when you have conceited athletes like Apolo Ohno and Emmitt Smith peforming. Kirstie isn’t going to win but she deserves to stay on the show.
