When it comes to fashion we all have different tastes. But sometimes we all find ourselves agreeing on one thing, the celebrities who really messed up on the red carpet. The popular trend at the Screen Actors Guild awards was bold colors and simplicity. The other popular trend that didn’t work too well on the red carpet was prints, ruffles, black and mesh fabric. Let’s take a look at who made the list of Worst Dressed at the SAG awards.

Django Unchained star Kerry Washington usually knows how to work the red carpet but this Rodarte dress has me confused. Not only is there a lot going on, but I don’t understand this dress/corset top trend. It’s a shame the top portion of the dress ruins the outfit because the train is beautiful.

Glee’s Naya Rivera’s Donna Karan gown looks like it busted open at the top. If the bust of the dress was pulled together instead of opened, this gown would have looked a lot more elegant.

Normally Homeland star Claire Danes always looks so elegant and put together. This Givenchy gown has too much fabric, the design on the bottom portion of the dress is unnecessary, her makeup and hair is terrible and she looks like an absolute mess.

This shapeless satin dress did no favors for Political Animals star Sigourney Weaver. I don’t know what could be done with this dress to make it look any better.

This floral Valentino gown doesn’t look good on Damages star Rose Byrne. If this dress lost the ruffles and her hair was pulled back, this look would work so much better.

Anne Hathaway is always a knockout on the red carpet. But now that she’s the center of attention her fashion choices are a bit questionable. From the neck up she looks ravishing, but this Giambattista Valli gown is a major miss. If the mesh skirt was absent and the dress underneath was longer this dress could have been saved.

Julianne Moore missed with her black and white dress at the Golden Globes and it only got worse at the SAG awards. This Chanel Couture gown isn’t fitted well on her chest and she could barely walk in it with the slit being in the back instead of the side or front. This dress is just all wrong.

Someone named Basil Soda designed this awful dress and Homelands Morena Baccarin decided to wear it. I don’t know what to say about this dress other than it looks like someone took scissors to it and then tried to make it look better by adding some printed fabric. This dress is a total disaster.

Mad Men’s January Jones is my choice for Worst Dressed at the SAG awards. This Prabal Gurung gown is a catastrophe, the hair is terrible and her makeup makes her look like a vampire. There is nothing good or flattering about this gown.

I have nothing against Hathaway, but personally, I’ve never been a fan of those mesh skirts, no matter who’s wearing it. Those mesh skirts look more like mosquito nets, if you ask me. I don’t even know why many women choose to wear such hideous wardrobe. If you really want to expose your legs, I personally feel it’s much better to wear a thigh-split dress, than wearing a mosquito net on the red carpet.
