It’s week four on Dancing with the Stars! After last week’s elimination of well-known country star and low scorer Wynonna Judd, the stars are determined to give their best dance this week. With it being memory week, the stars look back to the best year of their life and portray that emotion through dance, while also performing a solo within the dance. I have to say, this week was boring; the stars we expected to score high did and the stars we expected to score low did. We had two surprise average scorers of the night but the question still stands. Who will get eliminated Tuesday night? Let’s review.
Alexandra Raisman & Mark Ballas– It’s the Olympic gymnast’s turn to dance Contemporary. Since the beginning I knew this girl had a ton of potential and this week she let it all out on the dance floor and performed her best dance. The dance was filled with great emotion, amazing lifts and athleticism. It’s a good think Ballas is her partner because her beauty shines with him. Raisman scored 27 out of 30 points.
Zendaya & Val Chmerkovski– On week four, the sixteen year old Disney star danced the Samba. The past few weeks we’ve seen Zendaya dance to routines for beyond her maturity level, and for the first time we got to really see her personality come through in a dance. She moves so well it’s not even fair. Zendaya should win the competition based on the fact that she’s the best dancer in the competition but she won’t. Zendaya scored 26 points.
Kellie Pickler & Derek Hough– The country star danced the dance of love, the Rumba. Pickler’s rumba was filled with love, passion and it gave me chills. Pickler is such a beautiful dancer and each week she manages to dance with her heart and that’s what makes her performances so epic. Pickler scored 26 points.
Jacoby Jones & Katina Smirnoff– Superbowl star Jacoby Jones continued to show his raw emotion with the Foxtrot. Jones performed a nice Foxtrot, but the highlight of the dance was his solo. He’s going to win the competition. Jones scored 24 points.
Ingo Rademacher & Kym Johnson– The soap star danced an average Viennese Waltz. There’s nothing special about this guy other than his footwork is always spot on. He’s boring and there’s nothing alarming about him. He’s average and eventually he’ll get eliminated. Rademacher scored 23 points.
D.L. Hughley & Cheryl Burke– D.L. DID IT!!! HE BROKE OUT OF THE TEENS!!! D.L. can’t dance, we know this. He’s a terrible dancer, but he works so hard and that hard work paid off this week with the Foxtrot. There’s no doubt he needs improvement but this was his best dance and it was very well done. I’m always impressed with him week after week, he knows he’s not a good dancer but he works his ass off and always has the footwork down. Good Job D.L.!! D.L. scored 21 points.
Andy Dick & Sharna Burgess– Actor Andy Dick decided this was the week he was going to take his dancing seriously. The Viennese Waltz is by far his best dance of the season. He had a breathtaking solo and it was so nice to see the softer side to him. Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoy his comedy in his dances but this dance was special. He should have received higher than a 21, but it’s nice to see him succeed.
Sean Lowe & Peta Murgatroyd– Bachelor star Sean Lowe danced a very charming Viennese Waltz. This guy isn’t going to win, but he always gives it his all on the dance floor. I just wish his frame wasn’t always so stiff and would allow himself to just let his movements flow naturally. Lowe received 20 points.
Victor Ortiz & Lindsay Arnold- Boxing star Victor Ortiz performed an over aggressive Paso Doble. There are weeks when it’s so easy to watch him dance and see the potential, and then there are weeks where it’s difficult to watch him perform because of his mistakes. Because of the aggression that is expected from the Paso Doble, Ortiz lost his footwork and fell off a few times. Nice body though. Ortiz scored 18 points.
Lisa Vanderpump & Gleb Savchenko- Did anybody else feel that reality star Lisa Vanderpumps little trip to the hospital was a bit fake? When she passed out in her preview reel it looked like a stunt. Vanderpump danced a horrible Cha Cha. Her dance is so bad it’s laughable. She’s terrible, it’s time to send her home. Vanderpump scored 18 points.
Instead of predicting the bottom two, I’m just going to predict that Lisa Vanderpump will be the next star sent home. Simple as that.
Who do you think will be eliminated Tuesday night?
Tune in for Dancing with the Stars Tuesday night at 9pm ET on ABC!
