Watch ‘Please Mr. Kennedy’ from Inside Llewyn Davis

680x478Personally, I’m not really that huge on watching little clips of films before they hit theaters/I sit down to a press screening. Most of the time, a trailer is more than enough for me. That being said, I know many of you enjoy them and a particularly fun one has just dropped. It’s a scene from the Coen BrothersInside Llewyn Davis that basically shows you the full performance of the song Please Mr. Kennedy in the movie. You can watch Oscar Isaac, Justin Timberlake, and Adam Driver do their thing below, and it’s actually a really good preview for the type of flick you’ll be seeing next month. It’s one of my favorite films of the year, so it has an unequivocal thumbs up from me. Take a look:

About Joey Magidson

When he’s not obsessing over new Oscar predictions on a weekly basis, Joey is seeing between 300 and 350 movies a year. He views the best in order to properly analyze the awards race/season each year, but he also watches the worst for reasons he mostly sums up as "so you all don't have to". In his spare time, you can usually find him complaining about the Jets or the Mets. Still, he lives and dies by film. Joey's a voting member of Indiewire's Criticwire Network as well as the Internet Film Critics Association.
