Ok, first off I’m commenting on this page because you have no comment section on your best supporting actress predictions page…. “The last Scorsese female to be nominated was Lorraine Bracco for Goodfellas” Boy is that very wrong, usually I wouldn’t nit pick but he has had atleast THREE actresses since Bracco nominated in supporting actress.. Juliette Lewis for Cape Fear. Winona Ryder for Age of Innocence, Sharon Sone for Casino….. Also, Cate Blanchett freaking won for The Aviator… Lousy journalism my friend, and careless

So much Saving Mr. Banks love!

  • Terence Johnson

    Captain Phillips and Gatsby!

  • Anthony Moseley

Damn, I don’t like all the WoWS snubbed, but I suppose maybe they just haven’t seen it. Good so see Sam Rockwell get a mention though. Hopefully one day he’ll get his due from the Oscars.

    Yawn.

No Her? I’m guessing they just didn’t get to see it.

And how do you give a film like Saving Mr. Banks 8 nominations but not cite the script? Yet you cite the script of Gravity? Baffling, Phoenix.

  • Robert MacFarlane

Glad to see Rockwell get a nomination. Now if only it wasn’t for something as overpraised as The Way Way Back.
