Disney/Pixar just released a new trailer for its next animated feature, “Coco.”
“Coco” is about a young boy named Miguel who dreams of becoming a famous musician. He idolizes Ernesto de la Cruz. In the process of trying to prove himself, he is transported to the Land of the Dead. There, he meets a collection of characters that help him learn about his special heritage.
The film includes the voice talents of Benjamin Bratt, Gael Garcia Bernal, Edward James Olmos, Jaime Camil, Cheech Marin and more.
It was co-directed by Lee Unkrich and Adrian Molina, who also wrote the screenplay. Both have worked on previous Pixar films.
To date, Pixar has released 17 feature films. Due out next week is “Cars 3.” They are also in production on “The Incredibles 2” and “Toy Story 4.”
“Coco” is slated to hit theaters on November 22.
