Eleven’s back with a curly brunette mop of hair. The final trailer for the second season of Netflix’s “Stranger Things” dropped last Friday to the delight of sci-fi fans. The new season comes out in a couple weeks, just in time to satisfy your Halloween cravings for a spooky tale.

All is still not well with Will Byers, who’s come back from the Upside Down with…something…living inside him. Friends Mike, Dustin and Lucas continue to wonder about Eleven’s absence as frantic mom Joyce and Chief Hopper try to unravel the mystery of Will’s illness. Will’s brother Jonathan, Mike’s sister Nancy and Jean Ralphio lookalike Steve Harrington are still prepared to go to spiky-nail-bat for the kids as danger once again threatens the town of Hawkins. The new kids on the block, Billy and Max, will also find themselves embroiled in the battle between humans and the dark creeping monster.

While all of this was covered in a previous trailer (see above), there were no hints as to Eleven’s whereabouts. This time, “Stranger Things” revealed the telekinetic badass has been living out in the woods, eating food left for her by Chief Hopper. The return of more Upside Down monsters calls Eleven back into the fray, and the girl is seen in winter gear with a set of brunette curls on the steps of Mike’s house. Will Eleven be able to save them all, before it’s too late?

The original stars of “Stranger Things” have all returned for the second season. Finn Wolfhard (“It”), Millie Bobby Brown (“Intruders”), Noah Schnapp (“Bridge of Spies”), Gaten Matarazzo (“The Blacklist”) and Caleb McLaughlin (“Blue Bloods”) return as the precocious monster-fighters, along with Natalia Dyer (“I Believe in Unicorns”), Charlie Heaton (“Shut In”) and Joe Keery (“Molly’s Game”). Winona Ryder (“Black Swan”) and David Harbour (“Suicide Squad”) will also return. The new kids in Hawkins will be played by Sadie Sink (“The Glass Castle”) and Dacre Montgomery (“Power Rangers”). Co-creators Matt and Ross Duffer have stayed on as showrunners and producers.

According to Variety, the names of the first six episodes have already been released, giving us a final hint about the upcoming season. The titles are as follows: “MadMax,” “Trick or Treat Freak,” “The Pollywog,” “Will the Wise,” “Dig Dug” and “The Spy.”

Season 2 of “Stranger Things” comes to Netflix on Oct. 27, just in time for Halloween. Watch the final trailer below.
