TCA Awards: ‘The Americans’ Takes Home Big Prizes from the Critics Group

At the end of the Television Critics Association, or TCA, the group awards various television programs for their work in the previous year. One of the big shows that many thought would receive a farewell boost was “The Americans,” which had taken home the prize for Oustanding Achievement in Drama in 2 of the last 3 years. We can officially make that 3 of the last 4, with “The Americans” taking home big prizes, including Outstanding Achievement in Drama, Program of the Year, and Individual Achievement in Drama for Keri Russell. “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” took home Individual Achievement in Comedy for Rachel Brosnahan. The Good Place” suprised and won Outstanding Achievement in Comedy.
