Best of 2018: Personal Ballot and Winners of the Year

3

Every year I keep track of every film I see that belongs to the corresponding year in which it’s released.  It’s an evolving list that changes as the years go by.  Even when I publish my Top 10 films in spaces such as this, if you go into this never-ending document, you’ll see many differences.

Following the categories in which the Academy has set, I take some liberties in what I choose for each category.  The main being I decide what category a person or film belongs in, and not what the studios have designated for us to “follow.”

The film year was an important one and much of this has been laid out in my initial “Unconventional Categories Part 1” piece but these nominations and winners are mine.  All I can tell you is that the comments section below is the space for you to share your own and prove this wrong.

Thank you for another great and marvelous year at AwardsCircuit.

You’ll find the categories and the winners below.  My Top 10 will come directly following this story (in order).
