Oscar nominations have already been announced, but general movie-goers are still playing catch up with the films of last year.  As the AwardsCircuit staff embraces its diversity, that also pours into each writer’s geographic locations.  With that, the entire staff has seen everything they deem necessary to release each of their official Top 10 films of 2018.
