The Sarasota Film Festival has become a must-attend spring film festival for Florida cinephiles. With dozens of indie hits over the past five years, it has worked itself into a nice post-Sundance stop for independent cinema. The community has embraced the arts, and the city has become a thriving film scene and a staple of the city. Today, the 2019 Sarasota Film Festival announced their full slate, and there are plenty of narrative and documentary features to be excited to watch.

This comes just a short time after the opening film “Mike Wallace Is Here” and Closing Night Film “Philwere announced last week. With our own Senior Contributor, Mark Johnson attending the festival as a Jury Member, we’re excited to bring you the full list. Check below for the features attending Sarasota Film Festival 2019.
