Weiner really as an unranked?? How so? Just curious as its received a great deal of attention and praise.

    where is Zero Days?

  • 12paperdolls

I like “Olympic Pride, American Prejudice” somewhere on this list!!! Preferably near the top!

    • Reece

they predict it, they don’t make it….. putting at the top wont make it any more likely to win

Where is Olympic Pride, American Prejudice on this list?

I know it’s a long-shot, but any chance here of Chantal Akerman’s final film, No Home Movie?

  • 22cinema11

Just watched “Weiner” – it definitely deserves a nomination in my opinion. A very interesting inside look at American politics.

  • Stein-Erik Rutledal

Why did OJ take sudden dive?

  • 22cinema11

    My current predictions:

    13th
    O.J.: Made in America
    Gleason
    I Am Not Your Negro
    Weiner

“The Eagle Huntress” received lots of praise as well, so maybe it gets in and “Weiner” misses out. At the moment I can’t imagine “O.J.: Made in America” getting snubbed, but I guess anything can happen in this category.

  • jmlatinsir

I think documentaries are getting better than the fiction films. 13th was one of the best films in any category this year and Weiner definitely was a good see. Seeing the O.J. film next week.

  • Stein-Erik Rutledal

If OJ isn’t nominated it’ll be the snub of the century. It’s monumental, unrivaled, work.

  • adg23

with cyber war and hacking so much in the news I wouldn’t be surprised if Zero Days snuck in the top 5.
