Poster Round Up Includes ‘Rush’ and ‘Prisoners’

Trying to keep up with all the marketing that will be dropping over the next few weeks/months will be a daunting task.  Studios will be unveiling their materials and giving us glimpses of the faces behind their films.  Good thing we have the great minds behind IMPAwards.com that keeps track of everything smoothly and efficiently.

Below you can see the gallery that includes posters for Rush, a film that will likely become the top candidate for Universal Pictures.  Directed by Ron Howard, it should definitely be kept on our radars despite the seemingly “un-baitness” of its story.  All you Chris Hemsworth fans, indulge.

Also is the first two character posters for Denis Villenueve’s Prisoners from Warner Bros Studios.  Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhaal are displayed prominently and we could have more coming that includes co-stars Paul Dano, Melissa Leo, Viola Davis, and Maria Bello.  At least I hope.

The film festival circuit has seen films like Lake Bell’s In a World… make its rounds along with Lovelace starring Amanda Seyfried.  Both will likely find love from the Indie Spirit Awards.

All of you Robert Rodriguez enthusiasts are probably at the edge of your seats awaiting the follow-up to his cult smash Machete (2010).  In the new poster for Machete Kills, we see a Charlie Sheen, billed as Carlos Estevez as the President of the United States.  It can’t get much better than that.

Finally, marketing shows posters for Thank You for Sharing with Gwyneth Paltrow, Time Being with Frank Langella and Wes Bentley, and a new poster for The Way, Way Back that opens in theaters Friday.

Check them out.
