Broadway.com has announced the date for what has become one of the season’s most anticipated and starriest events of Broadway’s award season. The 17th annual Broadway.com Audience Choice Awards will be presented at a private cocktail reception in the recipients’ honor on Tuesday, May 10, 2016.
Last year, winners including Vanessa Hudgens, Helen Mirren, Matthew Morrison, Darren Criss, Laura Michelle Kelly, Christian Borle and Sierra Boggess were in attendance to pick up their trophies and thank the fans for their support.
The Broadway.com Audience Choice Awards is the only major theatrical prize awarded solely by votes cast online by audience members.
