It’s been ten years since the divisive Paul Verhoeven graced the screens.  Debuting at Cannes in May, the film received critical acclaim including praise for overdue French actress Isabelle Huppert.  Huppert has skated by her entire career without Oscar recognition, which many seem to be noticing after tender turns in films like “The Piano Teacher” and most recently, “Amour.”  Perhaps with the touch of SPC, we can finally see this beautiful thespian land on Dolby’s doorsteps in February.
