Academy Announces Timeline for 2018 Oscars and Beyond

It feels like the Oscars just ended, but the Academy is already looking ahead to next year – and beyond. AMPAS announced its timeline for next year’s Oscars, as well as the dates for the next four years.

In order to steer clear of the Winter Olympics, the Academy Awards will take place next year on March 4.

The Academy also announced the date for the following three Oscars: February 24, 2019; February 23, 2020; and February 28, 2021.

Producers for next year’s show have not yet been announced.
