Amazon Studios released a teaser trailer for the upcoming film, “Life Itself.”

The trailer landed during Tuesday night’s season finale of “This Is Us.”

The film is described this way:

‘Life Itself’ centers on a couple (Oscar Isaac and Olivia Wilde) that lead a multi generational love story spanning both decades and continents, from the streets of New York to the Spanish countryside, and are all connected by a single event.

Annette Bening, Antonio Banderas, Olivia Cooke, and Samuel L. Jackson also star in this romantic drama.

Oscar Isaac is currently in theaters with the sci fi film, “Annihilation.” Last year, he starred in “Star Wars: The Last Jedi,” and had a small—but memorable—appearance in “Suburbicon.” The Guatamalan-born actor earned a Golden Globe for the mini-series, “Show Me a Hero,” after a previous nomination for “Inside Llewyn Davis.”

Olivia Wilde has worked in film and television roles for several years. She appeared in films like “Her,” “Cowboys and Aliens,” and “Love the Coopers.”

Annette Bening is a four-time Academy Award nominee with four upcoming films. She was cast in the FX anthology series “American Crime Story,” but the original planned season was dropped. Antonio Banderas also has several films in the works, including “Lamborghini,” a biopic about Feruccio Lamborghini, founder of the exotic car company. Olivia Cooke is currently in theaters with the dramatic thriller, “Thoroughbreds.” She will also star in the upcoming “Ready Player One,” the mini-series, “Vanity Fair,” and the Alice Marble biopic, “Courting Danger.”

“Life Itself” is written and directed by Dan Fogelman. He created the hit series, “This Is Us,” which scored several Emmy and Golden Globe nominations. Fogelman also wrote Disney’s Rapunzel tale, “Tangled,” and the romantic comedy, “Crazy, Stupid, Love.”

Amazon Studios will release the film theatrically on September 21.
