European Film Awards Winners Announced: ‘Cold War’ Conquers The Battle With Four Wins

The European Film Awards have revealed their set of winners for this year. As it turns out, Pawel Pawlikowski‘s “Cold War” emerged victorious with four wins including Best European Film. Since these awards have a heavy influence in the Oscar race for Foreign Language Film, this bodes well for “Cold War.” It could even give presumed frontrunner “Roma” a run for its money.

In addition, “The Death Of Stalin” won the award for Best European Comedy and the controversial “Girl” took home Best European Discovery.
