With Halloween over, television is moving on to the next holiday: Thanksgiving. Tonight, several network shows are airing their annual Thanksgiving episodes. Even ABC’s drama, “Stumptown” celebrates a week early. The most notable tonight is “Modern Family.” Now in their final season, tonight’s episode is entitled “The Last Thanksgiving.” A bittersweet farewell, this evening is sure to deliver some emotions.

Pick of the Day

Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party” (VH1) at 9:00 p.m. ET

Martha Stewart and Snoop Dog in “Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party.”

You’d never think Martha Stewart and Snoop Dog would be in the same sentence, let alone have their own show together. An unlikely pair, Stewart and Snoop Dog have been bringing recipes and laughs since 2016. Now in their third season, this series delivers absurdity, recipes, and visits from fellow celebrities. As it’s so close to Thanksgiving, tonight’s episode will certainly bring trademark Martha Stewart Thanksgiving tips in tonight’s episode entitled “#Friendsgiving Face Off.”

Melissa McCarthy in “Life of the Party”

What happens when you send your kid off to college and your husband asks for a divorce? Attend college with your daughter and finish your degree, of course! Melissa McCarthy stars as Deanna, a reserved, middle-aged divorceé who gets a second chance at living her twenties in “Life of the Party.” For her second act, Deanna attends parties, joins a sorority, dates a much younger man, and tries not to embarrass her daughter. This hilarious, heartwarming comedy shows you’re never too old to live your dreams. Also starring Matt Walsh and Julie Bowen.
