Anna’s Emmy Predictions

11

Television’s biggest night is upon here! The 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards takes place on tonight at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, California with “Glee” actress Jane Lynch bringing the funny as our host.

As for nominees, the HBO miniseries “Mildred Pierce leads with 21 nominations, followed by the AMC drama “Mad Men” with 19 nods and HBO’s hit crime drama Boardwalk Empire with 18 nominations.

On the comedic side, ABC’s “Modern Family” snagged 17 nominations, followed by “30 Rock” with 13 nods and “Glee” with 12.

The questions this year are; will the night be all about Mad Men and Modern Family? Will Steve Carrel finally win an Emmy for his stint on The Office? Will our host win her second Emmy and prevent the ladies of Modern Family from getting out of their seats? Will Kate Winslet add an Emmy to her list of accomplishments? Will Charlie Sheen show up and present?

Find out tonight on the live broadcast at 8pm on FOX.
