The Favourite” was struggling a bit coming into the week, but it looks like that tide has already shifted. After winning 10 prizes at the British Independent Film Awards, or BIFA, last night, they’ve continued their winning ways. The Atlanta Film Critics Circle announced their winners for the best films of 2018 today. In their list, they rank their top 10 films collectively. “The Favourite” won there, and also took home Actress for Olivia Colman, Supporting Actress for Emma Stone, Best Ensemble, and more. Also performing well was “A Star Is Born,” which took home 2nd place in the Best Picture rankings, Sam Elliott in Supporting actor, and special prizes for Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper.
