On Thursday, Venice Film Festival officials released the official lineup of the upcoming 74th festival. The slate includes George Clooney’s “Suburbicon,” Alexander Payne’s “Downsizing,” and Darren Aronofsky’s “Mother!”

The World Premieres include:

“Suburbicon” from George Clooney
“The Shape of Water” from Guillermo del Toro
“L’Insulte,” (France), Ziab Doueiri
“La Villa,” (France), Robert Guédiguian
“Lean on Pete,” Andrew Haigh
“Mektoub, My Love: Canto Uno,” (France, Italy), Abdellatif Kechiche
“The Third Murder,” (Japan), Koreeda Hirokazu
“Jusqu’a la Garde,” (France), Xavier LeGrand
“Ammore e Malavita,” (Italy), Manetti Bros
“Foxtrot,” (Israel), Samuel Maoz
“Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri,” Martin McDonagh
“Hannah,” (Italy), Andrea Pallaoro
“Downsizing,” Alexander Payne
“Angels Wear White,” (China, France) Vivian Qu
“Una Famiglia,” (Italy) Sabastiano Riso
“First Reformed,” Paul Schrader
“Sweet Country,” Warwick Thornton

The festival also includes a wide array of international films that are not in competition. Some of those titles include “Victoria and Abdul” and “Woodshock.”

The Venice Film Festival is frequently the premiere location for major films heading into awards season. Over the last several years “La La Land,” “Spotlight,” “Gravity,” and “Birdman” all made their debuts in Venice.

The festival runs from August 30-September 9.
