CHECK OUT: See the First Images for ‘Suburbicon’

Paramount Pictures released the first official images of its upcoming film, “Suburbicon.”

From the studio:

Suburbicon is a peaceful, idyllic suburban community with affordable homes and manicured lawns…the perfect place to raise a family, and in the summer of 1959, the Lodge family is doing just that. But the tranquil surface masks a disturbing reality, as husband and father Gardner Lodge must navigate the town’s dark underbelly of betrayal, deceit, and violence. This is a tale of very flawed people making very bad choices. This is Suburbicon.

The film stars Matt DamonJulianne Moore, Noah Jupe and Oscar Isaac. It was directed by George Clooney. It was written by Joel Coen and Ethan Coen, and frequent Clooney collaborator Grant Heslov.

On Tuesday, officials announced that “Suburbicon” will be receive a special screening at the upcoming Toronto International Film Festival.

It will be released in theaters on October 27.
