Today must be First-Look-Tuesday, because we have a few new images from a trio of films for you to gaze upon.
First up is Jason Reitman’s Labor Day, starring Josh Brolin and Kate Winslet. It was announced earlier today that Labor Day will make its premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). Paramount has the film currently scheduled for a December 25 release. Tobey Maguire, Clark Gregg and JK Simmons also star.
Next up is the Matthew McConaughey Oscar vehicle, Dallas Buyers Club, in which the surprising actor will hopefully continue the roll he is on by playing real-life Texas electrician Ron Woodroof, a man diagnosed with HIV who spends his days fighting medical establishments and pharmaceutical companies. The film is also set to bow at TIFF. Jennifer Garner and Jared Leto also star.
And finally we have the first image from Ned Benson’s The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Him and Her, starring Jessica Chastain and James McAvoy. The two-part love story is, you guessed it, also set to premiere at TIFF. Viola Davis, William Hurt, and Isabelle Hupert also star.
