Food Network Cooks Up Binge-Worthy Programming

Judges Alex Guarnaschelli (L) and Bobby Flay with Host Ted Allen, during the desert round, as seen on Food Network's Chopped, Season 31.

Keeping viewers and foodies company during the pandemic quarantine is Food Network and its new schedule of marathons and special programming. With encore episodes, binge-worthy fan favorites and special premieres, the network kicks off Tuesday. As a result, the network will give at-home viewers a much-needed binge during these sheltering times.

Much like the delicious recipes found in Pixar‘s “Ratatouille,” food fans can rejoice in the varied selection of programming from the Food Network this week. Starting Tuesday, an all-day “Chopped” marathon warms up the television station, followed by the five-part “$50,000 Champs Challenge,” and a special episode where contestants compete against judge Alex Guarnaschelli. The weekend lineup includes new premieres of shows and marathons including, “The Pioneer Woman,” “The Kitchen,” “Giada Entertains” and “Beat Bobby Flay.”
