One of the stronger HBO comedies ever remains “Curb Your Enthusiasm” from Larry David. The series debuted in the year 2000 and has influenced countless shows since premiering. David remains an icon in his own right, adding to a legacy that already features “Seinfeld” and other projects. With the ability to return whenever David wishes to do a season, and it seems like “Enthusiasm” fans will not have to wait as long as usual. Production on the tenth season is underway.

According to The Wrap, production begins today, despite the fact that it was officially renewed for the new season ten months ago. Again, David takes his time, making seasons of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” events in their own right. HBO has not provided a timeline for when the season will debut. The premium network already has a full slate this spring, with both “Veep” and “Game of Thrones” heading into their farewell seasons. Given that “Curb Your Enthusiasm” can draw audiences on its own, HBO could easily hold it until the Fall.

Larry David and his team continue to find fertile ground for their characters and actors to explore. The semi-improvisational show also features a deep bench that allows stories to go in very different directions. Few show can bring out Ted Danson as a supporting character every so often. The cast also features hilarious comedians like J.B. SmooveJeff GarlinCheryl Hines, and more. It’ll be exciting to see what David and the team bring out this time. It always excites to see more of the “Curb Your Enthusiasm” shenanigans.
