‘Nymphomaniac’: U.S. Release Dates And 2 New Posters

Since people in America can no longer sit still for a super long film, Lars von Trier‘s Nymphomaniac will be broken up into two parts for U.S. audiences. Part 1 will be released on demand March 6 and will hit theaters March 21. Part 2 will be on demand April 3 and can be seen on the big screen starting April 18. Both parts are expected to run 2 hours or so long. The story is about a self-diagnosed nymphomaniac (Charlotte Gainsbourg) who tells her erotic experiences to a man (Stellan Skarsgård) who saved her after a beating. The film(s) also stars Shia LaBeouf, Christian Slater, Uma Thurman, Jamie Bell, Willem Dafoe, and Stacy Martin.

2 New Posters of von Trier’s latest have also been released:

The name is Valerie Frederick. I'm a recent high school graduate who is a lover of all things film and television. When you don't see me writing about the small and big screen, I'm most likely watching Turner Classic Movies (and a film from my huge stack of unopened DVDs), catching up on my favorite shows, or reading. I'm a huge nerd, but then again, who isn't? I'm also on Twitter @onlyonevalerie
