FINAL EMMY PREDICTIONS 2020 :
There are plenty of diverse, eclectic choices for the TV Academy to make this year with the Lead Actress-Drama contenders.
(“ Olivia Colman The Crown“) and (“ Laura Linney Ozark“) look to be the ones out front but (“ Jennifer Aniston The Morning Show“) and Nicole Kidman (“ Big Little Lies“) are offering strong alternatives. The “new” women on the scene like (“ Zendaya Euphoria“) and/or Mj Rodriguez (“ Pose“) may be able to edge out and benefit from the stay-at-home binge-worthy time. After glow wins are a rarity, especially after winning for the first season and having a subdued response in seasons after.

Apple TV+ is pushing for it for but she could split votes with co-star Reese Witherspoon.
She's Nicole and everyone loves her. Her sparring against Meryl Streep alone keeps her in the conversation.
There were many who were disappointed by this last season.
Has grown into a formidable star and her work in "Euphoria" was very well received. This could be her first bout with an awards body in what looks to be a very promising career awards-wise.
They tend to make young ingenues wait for their time in the awards spotlight.

A former winner in this category and saying goodbye usually brings on some sentimental votes.
The show never returned to its glory days. Davis would be the prize just for being nominated.
Reigning champ and could be the "default" pick to make.
This last season garnered a very muted response and enthusiasm.
Is it easier to vote for Reese for "The Morning Show" versus "Big Little Lies?"
Both performances are proving to be a difficult road for her to travel regardless.
