Top 10: New Fall Comedy Premieres

dirk gently

The fall TV season is in full bloom and with it comes a throng of highly-anticipated new series. You can check out my previous Top 10 list, where I expand on a few new premieres you should check out. I mentioned comedy shows like the new Michael Schur series “The Good Place” (NBC) starring Kristen Bell, “Better Things” (FX) a semi-autobiographical series created by and starring Pamela Adlon and Sarah Jessica Parker’s new series “Divorce” (HBO). But there are a few other comedy series that deserve mentioning. From shows about weed dealers, time travelers, alien abductees, demon-fighting ex-cops and feminist revolutionaries, there’s sure to be something during the fall and mid-season to make you laugh.

Some premiere dates have yet to be announced. Check your local listings for times.
