WATCH: ‘A Quiet Place’ Super Bowl Spot is a Soft-Spoken Nightmare

“A Quiet Place” is next up in the avalanche of trailers premiering between plays during the Superbowl. The new trailer is paired with a new, behind-the-scenes featurette interview with director and star, John Krasinski (“The Office”).

The upcoming horror drama stars Emily Blunt (“Into the Woods”), Noah Jupe (“Wonder”), Millicent Simmonds (“Wonderstruck”) and Krasinski. The new trailer still doesn’t give us many details (just like the first teaser), but suggests that some kind of worldwide invasion causes the nuclear family to seek safety in the relative quiet of the woods. Only one thing is still certain: don’t make a sound, or something will find you.

Krasinski directs off a script from Bryan Woods (“The Bride Wore Blood”), Scott Beck (“The Bride Wore Blood”) and himself. Michael Bay, Andrew Form and Brad Fuller produce.

“A Quiet Place” premieres April 6. Watch the new trailer and behind-the-scenes featurette with Krasinski below.
