In one of the more delightful films to come out of the Sundance Film Festival, “Brittany Runs a Marathon” lands on Amazon Prime tonight. Based on a true story, we follow Brittany (Jillian Bell), a young woman who spends her time partying and not taking care of herself. After getting some discouraging news at her doctor’s office, she realizes she needs to change her unhealthy lifestyle. She starts running and loves it so much, she challenges herself to run the New York City Marathon. Charming and inspiring, “Brittany Runs a Marathon” gives us the most balanced comedy of the year and a star turning performance from Jillian Bell.

Before he commits suicide, George is visited by his guardian angel Clarence Odbody (Henry Travers). Clarence shows George’s impact on the lives of everyone he knows, proving his life hasn’t been for nothing. Entertaining and uplifting, get the family together and experience one of the best Christmas movies of all time tonight.
