There’s no better way to come down from your Fourth of July holiday weekend than by watching some action-packed obstacle course competition featuring some of America’s best. In it’s 11th season, American Ninja Warrior is a fun watch that tests the physical strength and mental toughness of its contestants with its high-octane physical feats.

Follow “The Dude” Lebowski as he gets mistaken for a millionaire and forced to settle a debt that isn’t even his. Starring Jeff Bridges in a memorable performance and John Goodman as his quirky bowling buddy supported by and an A-list cast. Follow “The Dude” on this trippy, roller coaster ride in this Coen Brothers‘ cult classic from 1998.

“A Bronx Tale” on Sundance at 9:00 p.m. ET

This gangster drama centers around a young Calogero growing up in the Bronx in the 1960s. Calogero is torn between his father’s life philosophy and the allure of Sonny, a local gangster. This film also tells the story of Calogero’s “Romeo and Juliet”-esque love for Jane. Adapted from the autobiographical one-man play by Chazz Palminteri (who also plays Sonny), this touching film directed by Robert DeNiro is a great watch.

“Gilda” on TCM at 9:30 p.m. ET

Glenn Ford and Rita Hayworth in Gilda

This classic film-noir from 1946, stars Rita Hayworth and Glenn Ford at their best. A gambler is hired to work in a casino in Brazil and learns that his ex-lover is married to his boss. Beautifully shot and well-acted, this seductive thriller is a must-see.
