The CW Legends of Tomorrow Arrow The Flash Supergirl

Whether you are a fan of superheroes, crime dramas, or big laugh out loud comedies, there is plenty of variety to satisfy all your needs on TV tonight.

“The Crisis on Infinite Earths” begun back in December, which saw Supergirl, Batwoman, and The Flash battling against Anti-Monitor, a new mysterious foe. As a result, we are left desperate for answers to many questions. What will happen to our favorite superheroes? Who is the Anti-Monitor? How many more DC easter eggs and cameos can be squeezed in? This final doubleheader brings this crossover to a dramatic end, just in time for us to bid farewell to Stephen Amell’s Oliver Queen.

Movies on TV:

“Misery” (SHO2e) at 7:00 p.m. ET

After yesterday’s Oscar nominations were announced, why not cozy up with a thriller that saw Kathy Bates win her first academy award. As the incredible and terrifying Annie Wilkes, Bates blew audiences away and still stands as one of writer Stephen King‘s most magnificent antagonists. After a crash in the snow leaves writer Paul Sheldon (James Caan) wounded, Annie, a super fan of his work, rescues him and sets about helping him recover. Things quickly take a turn for the worse, and we soon see the extremes that fanaticism can take people too. Certainly one for those who love scenes of extreme tension.

“Captain America: Civil War” (Syfy) at 10:00 p.m. ET

If you see yourself as more of a Marvel Geek than a DC watcher, then tune in to Syfy where Robert Downey Jr’s Iron Man faces off against Chris Evans’ Captain America. An international incident forces the government to crack down on the Avengers crime-fighting, causing a rift between the team. When you couple that with the introduction of crime-fighting favorites Spider-Man (Tom Holland) and Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), you are left with one of the MCU’s most impactful movies.
